discord.py开发中如何正确校验传入的频道ID是否合法

你现有代码的核心错误有3处：

1. 校验逻辑完全错误：discord.TextChannel是Discord.py定义的文本频道类，discord.TextChannel.id是类的属性描述符，不是任何实际频道的ID，拿用户传入的参数和这个值比对永远不会得到正确结果。
2. 参数类型不匹配：指令接收到的用户输入默认是字符串格式，而Discord的频道ID是整数类型，不做类型转换直接比对必然报错。
3. 缺少必要的边界校验：没有限制指令调用权限、没有判断传入ID对应的频道是否真的在当前服务器存在、没有校验配置类型是否合法。

你之前尝试的get_message是获取单条消息内容的接口，和频道ID校验逻辑完全无关，属于用错了API。

• Discord所有实体（服务器、频道、用户、消息）的ID均为18~19位整数，声明指令参数时直接标注为int类型，Discord.py会自动完成类型转换，不需要手动调用int()转换，格式错误时会自动抛出参数异常。
• 校验频道是否存在必须从ctx.guild（即指令触发的当前服务器）查询，能直接过滤掉其他服务器的频道ID、不存在的ID、非文本频道（比如语音频道、分类频道）的ID，完全适配你单服务器机器人的使用场景。
• 所有涉及配置修改的指令必须加权限校验装饰器，避免普通用户恶意篡改配置。
• 记得在Discord开发者后台为你的机器人开启「消息内容意图」「服务器成员意图」，否则无法正常接收指令、获取服务器内频道信息。
