PowerShell移动含葡萄牙语特殊字符文件夹报错解决方法

报错由两个独立问题共同导致：

• 读取存储文件夹列表的txt文件时未显式指定编码，PowerShell 5.1默认读取编码与文件实际存储编码不匹配，á、à、ç等葡萄牙语特殊字符被解析为乱码，最终拼接出的源路径和实际文件夹名不匹配
• 路径拼接写法存在语法错误：[System.IO.DirectoryInfo]$Path$folderName 属于错误的类型转换+字符串拼接写法，且未处理路径分隔符，特殊字符场景下极易生成非法路径

1. 读取文件时显式指定匹配的编码 #

根据txt文件的实际保存格式指定编码读取，避免字符乱码：

读取后可以先输出几个带特殊字符的文件名校验，确认字符显示正常再执行后续移动逻辑。

2. 替换路径拼接逻辑，修正Move-Item参数 #

不要直接用字符串加号拼接路径，使用内置的Join-Path方法自动处理路径分隔符，同时增加路径存在性校验，方便定位问题：

兜底兼容方案 #

如果调整编码后仍存在个别特殊字符匹配问题，可以提前枚举源目录下所有真实存在的文件夹，建立名称映射做匹配，绕开编码解析带来的偏差：
