CDK ApplicationMultipleTargetGroupsFargateService无法配置目标组健康检查

ApplicationMultipleTargetGroupsFargateService属于L3高阶构造，默认仅暴露首个目标组作为公开属性，其余目标组不会直接挂在实例属性上，可通过以下两种方式实现自定义健康检查配置：

方案1：初始化时直接传入健康检查配置（推荐） #

该构造的targetGroups数组每一项都支持healthCheck字段，可直接在初始化阶段为每个目标组单独定义健康检查规则，无需事后获取实例修改。健康检查端口可通过port字段单独指定，不需要和业务流量端口保持一致。

该方案配置逻辑集中，后续维护成本低，不会因为CDK版本升级导致节点查找逻辑失效。

方案2：通过节点树查找目标组后修改配置（兜底方案） #

如果不想调整现有初始化代码，可通过CDK构造的节点遍历能力，查找出构造自动生成的所有目标组实例，筛选后再修改健康检查配置。
