Android CardView嵌套RecyclerView时父布局onClick失效Kotlin方案

核心逻辑 #

事件冲突的本质是RecyclerView作为可点击的滚动控件，默认会消费自身区域内的触摸事件，导致父CardView无法收到点击回调。我们只需要做两层控制：仅放行CheckBox区域的触摸事件给列表项处理，其余所有RecyclerView覆盖区域的触摸事件直接透传给父CardView即可。

具体实现（Kotlin） #

1. 基础属性配置 #

由于RecyclerView设置了android:layout_height="wrap_content"，所有列表项会完全展开，控件本身不需要处理滚动和普通点击，先初始化基础属性：

注意事项 #

• 列表项布局内，除了CheckBox之外的其他子View（比如TextView、ImageView等），不要设置android:clickable="true"，也不要绑定无关的点击监听，避免意外消费触摸事件
• CheckBox的选中状态逻辑正常在RecyclerView的Adapter中实现即可，触摸事件会正常分发到CheckBox，不会被拦截
• 如果后续调整RecyclerView为固定高度需要支持滚动，只需要删除isNestedScrollingEnabled = false这行配置，透传逻辑不会影响列表滚动效果
