UIKit中UITableView自定义section头视图子控件不显示

addSubview() 方法完全正常，问题出在你代码注释里写的「暂时忽略frame」：

• 代码创建的UILabel、UIButton默认初始frame是CGRect.zero，也就是位置、宽高全为0，尺寸为0的控件就算被加到父视图上，也不可能被看见
• 你没有实现tableView(_:heightForHeaderInSection:)代理方法，系统可能给section头返回0高度，进一步导致子控件没有显示空间
• 你给按钮设置了30的圆角，却没有给按钮设置匹配的高度，就算按钮有尺寸，过大的圆角也会把按钮内容完全裁剪掉
• 你没有给Label和按钮显式设置文本颜色，部分系统版本下自定义创建的控件默认文本颜色可能和头视图背景色一致，看起来像没加载

二选一即可，不要混用frame和Auto Layout。

方案1：Frame手动布局 #

给所有控件设置明确的frame，同时实现头高度代理：

不需要手动计算frame，但必须给子控件添加完整约束，同时关闭自动尺寸转换：

• 纯代码创建的UIKit控件不会自动生成尺寸，必须通过frame或者Auto Layout明确给出宽高、位置
• 圆角半径不能超过控件高度的1/2，否则会出现内容被裁剪、控件显示异常的问题
• 自定义viewForHeaderInSection必须搭配heightForHeaderInSection返回非0高度，否则头视图会被系统压缩为不可见
• 最好显式给文本类控件设置颜色，避免不同系统版本默认样式差异导致“控件不显示”的错觉
