你写的self.operacion = self.operacion[:-1]逻辑本身是对的——Python字符串切片[:-1]的作用就是去掉末尾最后一个字符，功能失效的核心问题出在显示屏控件的操作逻辑上，共有两处错误：

• self.pantalla.delete("")传参无效：无论你用的是Tkinter的Entry单行控件还是Text多行控件做计算器显示屏，delete()方法都要求传入明确的起止索引。传入空字符串时，控件的默认兼容行为通常是删除首个位置的字符，这就是你观察到“仅能删除首个字符”的直接原因。
• 缺少内容回写步骤：你更新了存储运算逻辑的self.operacion变量后，没有把截断后的新内容重新渲染到显示屏控件上，就算删除参数写对，屏幕也不会正确显示剩余内容。
