Kaggle环境安装OptaPy报错的可行变通方案咨询

在Kaggle笔记本中试用OptaPy时首次安装即失败，执行的安装命令与报错信息如下：

当前Kaggle运行环境配置：Python 3.7.12，Java 11.0.15，需要可成功安装OptaPy的变通方案。

报错核心原因是所有公开发布的新版OptaPy均要求Python版本≥3.9，默认源中没有适配Python3.7的新版安装包。现有Java 11环境已经满足OptaPy的运行要求（需Java 8及以上），不需要调整Java配置，可任选以下两种方案安装：

• 方案1：安装适配Python3.7的最后一个OptaPy版本，无需修改现有环境
  直接执行指定版本的安装命令即可：

  !pip install optapy==8.10.0a0
  

  注意：该版本为早期alpha版本，缺少后续迭代新增的功能与bug修复，仅能满足基础的约束求解、排程场景试用需求，不建议用于正式项目。
• 方案2：在Kaggle环境中升级Python到3.9及以上版本，安装最新版OptaPy
  执行以下命令通过conda安装Python3.9环境并注册到Jupyter内核：

  !conda install -c conda-forge python=3.9 ipykernel -y
  !python -m ipykernel install --user --name python39 --display-name "Python 3.9"
  

  命令执行完成后，在笔记本顶部的内核选择菜单中切换到刚创建的Python 3.9内核，重启内核后执行常规安装命令即可安装最新版OptaPy：

  !pip install optapy
  

  注意：该方案可以使用OptaPy全部最新功能，是更推荐的试用方式；切换到新内核后，之前默认环境安装的第三方包需要在新内核下重新执行安装命令才能使用。
