PowerShell使用%运算符时return语句无法跳出外层函数的问题

PowerShell中%{}是ForEach-Object cmdlet的执行脚本块，属于独立的匿名执行上下文，和外层函数不在同一作用域：

• 脚本块内的return仅会终止当前输入项的处理流程，效果等同于普通循环的continue，会直接跳转处理下一个管道输入对象，不会触发外层函数的返回逻辑
• 你当前的实现方式无法满足长度超限立刻终止遍历、返回结果的需求，必须调整。

优先替换为PowerShell原生foreach循环语句，原生循环属于外层函数作用域的一部分，内部return会直接跳出整个函数返回结果，同时性能比管道遍历更高，还可以顺手修正原逻辑中结果末尾冗余逗号的问题：

如果因特殊原因必须保留ForEach-Object管道写法，可以在外层定义超限标记，脚本块内先判断标记状态决定是否跳过处理，触发超限后修改标记值，但这种写法逻辑冗余、管道遍历性能更低，非必要不使用：
