PowerShell操作TableLayoutPanel时ColumnStyles集合为空问题

这是TableLayoutPanel的原生设计行为，和PowerShell代码逻辑无关：

• 仅设置ColumnCount/RowCount属性时，控件不会自动在ColumnStyles/RowStyles集合中生成对应数量的样式条目，因此读取Count属性得到0是正常结果。
• 未显式配置样式的列/行，默认会按SizeType.AutoSize规则渲染，此时直接通过索引访问不存在的样式项，会触发空引用报错。

不要直接修改不存在的索引项，先手动为每一列创建ColumnStyle实例，添加到ColumnStyles集合中即可。
将原代码中配置列宽的错误代码段替换为以下内容：

# 清空已有样式，避免重复添加导致规则异常
$layout.ColumnStyles.Clear()

# 第1列：固定宽度100px
$col1Style = New-Object System.Windows.Forms.ColumnStyle([System.Windows.Forms.SizeType]::Absolute, 100)
$layout.ColumnStyles.Add($col1Style)

# 第2列：自动适配内容宽度
$col2Style = New-Object System.Windows.Forms.ColumnStyle([System.Windows.Forms.SizeType]::AutoSize, 0)
$layout.ColumnStyles.Add($col2Style)

替换后运行代码，列宽规则会正常生效，此时读取$layout.ColumnStyles.Count会返回预期的2。
如果需要按比例分配剩余宽度，把对应列的SizeType改成[System.Windows.Forms.SizeType]::Percent，第二个参数传入百分比数值即可（比如两列各占50%宽度就传50）。
