Windows 11下自定义URL Protocol注册失效 咨询正确注册方法

原有方案失效是Windows 11系统规则变更叠加旧配置本身的语法问题共同导致，和IE移除、WinForms/WPF开发框架无直接关联：

• 第一，原注册表shell\open\command项默认值存在路径语法错误：旧配置里程序路径只写到安装目录C:\Program Files (x86)\Test\，漏写了具体的可执行文件名，Windows 10及更早版本会自动容错匹配目录下的可执行文件，Windows 11移除了该容错逻辑，路径非法直接触发启动失败。
• 第二，Windows 11 21H2及之后版本收紧了自定义协议的注册表读取权限：非管理员权限写入HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT的内容会被系统自动重定向到用户虚拟化注册表沙箱，不会被系统协议解析模块识别，无需重复写入HKCR路径，仅正确写入HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes即可对当前用户生效，如需全局所有用户生效写入HKCR必须提权运行。
• 第三，Windows 11移除IE内核后，自定义协议安全校验逻辑从IE UrlMon模块迁移到系统默认安全防护层，32位Office运行在64位系统上时，会读取WOW6432Node节点下的组策略配置，旧代码未写入该路径会导致Office安全白名单不生效。

协议名大小写不敏感，但shell\open\command默认值必须严格遵循「带双引号的完整exe绝对路径 + 空格 + 带双引号的%1参数」格式，不能有多余斜杠、不能漏写exe文件名：

验证注意事项 #

• 注册完成后等待3-5秒系统刷新缓存即可测试，无需重启电脑
• 若仍弹出系统安全提示，可打开「Windows设置→应用→默认应用→按协议指定默认应用」，在列表中找到testProject协议手动绑定到对应客户端即可
• 非管理员权限下不要尝试写入HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT，Windows 11会将该操作的内容重定向到虚拟化沙箱路径，系统协议解析模块不会读取该位置配置。
