如何让wp_get_archives('type=monthly')不显示当前月份

需求为在“往期通讯”页面的归档列表中隐藏当前月份，仅保留历史月份归档，当前月份内容单独在“本月通讯”页面展示，可通过以下方法实现：

• 方法1：使用WordPress原生过滤器修改归档查询条件（推荐，无需修改原有归档调用代码）
  将以下代码添加到当前主题的functions.php文件中即可：
