Selenium无法识别页面弹窗导致alert等待超时问题求助

• EC.alert_is_present() 仅能识别浏览器原生弹窗（即JS通过alert()/confirm()/prompt()唤起的系统级弹窗），Glassdoor页面弹出的登录引导、内容遮罩、信息提示类弹窗都是前端渲染的普通DOM元素，不属于原生alert范畴，因此该等待条件永远无法触发，30秒后必然抛出超时异常。
• 原有异常捕获逻辑存在漏洞：等待条件触发超时抛出的是TimeoutException，代码仅捕获了NoSuchElementException，异常触发时不会进入预设的容错分支，会直接中断流程。
• 执行顺序有误：页面加载后先执行了元素点击操作，再检测弹窗，此时如果弹窗已经渲染完成，会直接拦截点击动作触发ElementClickInterceptedException，后续的弹窗检测逻辑还没执行就已经被阻塞。

删除原有原生alert检测逻辑，替换为针对Glassdoor自定义DOM弹窗的检测关闭逻辑，修正执行顺序和异常捕获范围：

• Glassdoor的弹窗通常在页面加载完成后1-2秒延迟插入DOM，不要在driver.get()后立刻执行点击操作，优先跑弹窗检测逻辑能避免80%的点击拦截问题。
• 如果使用无头模式频繁弹出验证类弹窗，可以在初始化Driver时添加参数隐藏自动化特征，降低反爬触发概率：
