survey-react出现this.addEvent is not a function报错排查

抛出this.addEvent is not a function错误的核心原因是：你调用Survey.Model创建问卷模型实例时，遗漏了new关键字。
Survey.Model是构造函数，直接以普通函数形式调用时，函数内部的this不会绑定到新生成的实例对象，无法访问原型链上定义的addEvent方法，直接触发类型错误。
