如何用Python下载Repository到本地并覆盖非空文件夹已有文件

核心逻辑是跳过常规git clone的空目录校验步骤，手动完成仓库初始化、远程绑定、版本拉取、强制重置的流程，即可把远程仓库内容完整覆盖到非空的本地目标文件夹，两种常用实现方式如下：

方案1：无第三方依赖，基于subprocess调用原生Git #

不需要额外安装Python包，只要本地环境已安装Git即可运行，兼容性最好：

注意事项 #

• 执行同步前务必备份本地目标文件夹内的重要未备份内容，reset --hard会直接覆盖所有Git已跟踪文件的本地修改，若开启clean参数还会删除所有未被Git跟踪的本地文件，操作不可逆
• 若同步私有仓库，提前在本地配置好Git的SSH密钥或全局凭据，避免拉取时出现权限报错
• 该方案最终同步效果和直接clone到空目录完全一致，不会产生冗余文件
