Android RTL布局下第二个TextView未按预期靠右显示问题

问题原因

核心诱因是未开启应用的RTL布局支持：你没有在AndroidManifest.xml的<application>标签下配置android:supportsRtl="true"，导致布局层面的RTL镜像逻辑不生效，但系统文本渲染层已经自动跟随系统RTL模式调整了文本排版方向，二者逻辑不匹配引发错位。
当supportsRtl关闭时，布局中写的start/end对齐规则会被直接解析为旧版的left/right，不会随RTL模式翻转；但TextView本身的文本排版会自动适配系统语言方向，RTL语言（如阿拉伯语、希伯来语）默认从右向左排版，此时文本排版方向和gravity设置的左对齐冲突，就会出现第二个TextView内容靠左的异常。而第一个TextView的内容是数字，数字在Unicode双向排版规则中默认属于LTR（从左到右）类型，排版方向和左对齐规则匹配，所以看起来显示正常。
布局写法不规范放大了这个问题：内层垂直LinearLayout设置了android:layout_height="match_parent"，但外层根水平LinearLayout的高度是wrap_content，这种子布局高度设为match_parent、父布局高度为wrap_content的写法，在不同布局方向、不同Android版本上的测量逻辑存在不可预期的差异，很容易触发布局错位。

修复方案

开启RTL全局支持：打开AndroidManifest.xml，在<application>标签中添加属性android:supportsRtl="true"，该属性兼容Android 4.2（API 17）及以上版本，覆盖目前99%以上的活跃设备。
修正布局不规范写法：
- 将内层垂直LinearLayout的android:layout_height="match_parent"改为android:layout_height="wrap_content"
- 给内层垂直LinearLayout添加android:layout_weight="1"，保证它在水平LinearLayout中能正确占满ImageView之外的剩余宽度，避免测量异常。

后续适配建议：写布局时左右边距、左右padding尽量用layout_marginStart/layout_marginEnd、paddingStart/paddingEnd代替left/right系列属性，才能保证RTL模式下的完美适配。
