Pyinstaller打包含Netmiko TextFSM的Python程序跨PC运行报错求助

问题复现 #

用Python结合Netmiko的TextFSM方法编写CISCO设备访问程序，经Pyinstaller打包为.exe后本地运行正常，但复制到其他电脑时触发报错：

Directory containing TextFSM index file not found.
Please set the NET_TEXTFSM environment variable to point at the directory containing your TextFSM index file.
Alternatively, pip install ntc-templates (if using ntc-templates).

核心原因 #

本地运行时，Netmiko可以自动定位到通过pip install ntc-templates安装的模板文件目录；但Pyinstaller默认不会将这些第三方模板文件打包进.exe，目标机器若未安装ntc-templates，程序就找不到TextFSM索引文件。

解决方案 #

方案1：打包时嵌入ntc-templates模板文件（推荐，无需目标机有Python环境）

1. 找到本地ntc-templates路径
   本地Python环境中，ntc-templates的模板目录一般位于Lib/site-packages/ntc_templates/templates（Windows）或site-packages/ntc_templates/templates（Linux/macOS），目录下包含TextFSM模板文件和index索引文件。

2. 用Pyinstaller打包时添加模板文件
   使用--add-data参数将模板目录打包进exe，Windows系统用分号分隔源路径和目标路径，类Unix系统用冒号：

   # Windows示例
   pyinstaller --add-data "C:\PythonXX\Lib\site-packages\ntc_templates\templates;templates" your_script.py
   

3. 在代码中动态设置NET_TEXTFSM路径
   修改程序代码，让打包后的exe能找到嵌入的模板目录：

pip install ntc-templates

安装完成后，Netmiko会自动识别模板路径，无需额外配置程序。

方案3：手动设置目标机器的环境变量

1. 将本地的ntc-templates模板目录复制到目标机器的某个路径（比如C:\templates）。
2. 在目标机器的系统环境变量中添加NET_TEXTFSM，值为模板目录的绝对路径。
3. 重启程序或重新打开命令行窗口后运行exe。
