Boto3脚本无法获取EC2实例Contact标签值排查求助

我写了一段Boto3脚本，原本要返回EC2实例的contact标签值，但运行后没有打印出该值。调整第二个try语句的缩进后问题依旧，希望能帮忙排查。

问题分析 #

1. 缩进逻辑错误：第二个try-except块嵌套在第一个except的pass之后，只有当第一个try块（遍历Tags）抛出异常时才会执行。但正常遍历Tags时不会触发异常，所以永远不会检查contact标签。
2. 标签判断位置错误：检查contact标签的代码不在遍历Tags的循环内，即使修正缩进，tag变量也可能未定义或指向最后一个遍历的标签，逻辑完全失效。
3. 空except吞异常：无差别捕获所有异常会掩盖真实问题（比如实例没有Tags时的KeyError），不利于调试。
4. 变量未初始化：instance_contacttag没有初始值，若标签不存在可能引发未定义错误。
