WPF后台代码如何使用AlternationIndex？点击按钮获取项索引

方法1：利用AlternationIndex绑定到按钮Tag #

既然你已经了解AlternationIndex，可以直接把它绑定到按钮的Tag属性，点击时读取Tag就能拿到对应索引：
