你写的if self.a == "test"放在了类的顶层代码里,这部分代码是在类定义阶段执行的——此时还没有创建任何类的实例,self根本不存在,自然会报未定义的错误。self是实例方法里的局部变量,只有在实例化后调用方法时才会指向当前实例。
另外,构造函数里的self.a是实例属性,属于每个单独的实例;而类顶层代码只能访问类级别的属性(比如你定义的test.a = None),无法直接访问还没创建的实例的属性。
解决方案
如果你想根据实例的a值来决定B的取值,有两种常用方式:
1. 在构造函数中修改实例的B属性
直接在__init__里根据self.a的值设置当前实例的B,覆盖父类的类属性:

这种方式会给每个实例单独设置B属性,互不影响。
2. 使用@property动态计算B值
