Delphi VCL DLL窗体调用访问违规错误排查（含cxDBTreeList问题）

问题场景 #

在Delphi中通过主窗体调用DLL内的子窗体时，只要子窗体包含cxDBTreeList组件，创建过程就会触发访问违规错误；移除该组件后则能正常运行。

排查结果 #

• 当子窗体包含cxDBTreeList时，TcxEditDBRegisteredRepositoryItems.GetItemByDataBinding方法返回的Result为空
• 即使是空的cxDBTreeList组件，TcxScrollBarPainter.GetMinThumbnailSize方法的Result也为空

解决方案 #

1. 统一主程序与DLL的DevExpress包配置 #

主程序和DLL必须统一使用运行时包（Runtime Packages），且都包含对应版本的DevExpress组件包（如cxEditorsDXX.bpl、cxDBTreeListDXX.bpl，XX为Delphi版本号）。禁止混合使用静态编译和动态包模式，否则会导致组件类工厂、全局资源初始化不一致，引发访问违规。

2. 修正DLL中窗体的创建逻辑 #

原DLL代码直接赋值Application := App存在资源冲突风险，改为临时切换Application引用并恢复：
