FCM实现用户头像作为通知图标方案

首先明确：FCM支持实现类似TikTok/iMessage的用户头像通知效果，但你当前的用法有误——AndroidNotification的icon参数仅支持引用本地Drawable资源名称（比如"ic_custom_notification"，对应项目res/drawable目录下的资源），不能直接填写网络图片URL，这就是你配置无效的原因。

要实现用户头像作为通知图标，需通过以下两种方式：

方式一：发送Data消息+客户端自定义通知布局

服务端（Python Admin SDK）发送包含自定义数据的消息，不依赖FCM默认的notification字段：

方式二：使用MessagingStyle构建聊天类通知（适合社交/聊天场景）

如果是聊天类通知，推荐用Android官方的NotificationCompat.MessagingStyle：

服务端同样发送Data消息，携带用户头像URL、聊天内容等信息。
客户端接收后：
- 下载用户头像到本地（或通过ContentProvider提供远程图片访问）。
- 创建Person对象并设置头像URI：
