使用Discord.py获取群聊成员为空且无法正常执行群聊指令的问题求助

大家好，我最近在用Discord.py开发一个小机器人，遇到了个棘手的问题：每次获取群聊的成员列表时，返回的都是空数组，执行相关指令直接抛出空序列的错误。我已经配置了Intents().all()，应该不是权限的问题？而且我尝试过给群聊发消息之类的操作，也没成功。

我排查了好久，Intents已经开全了，机器人也在目标群聊里，为什么群聊的recipients始终是空的呢？有没有大佬能帮我分析一下问题出在哪，或者给个解决思路？
