Word VBA代码异常：文本选择方向不同导致分段符修改结果不一致

反向选中文本时，Selection.Information(wdActiveEndSectionNumber)返回的是选区末尾端点所在的节，而非起始端。这会导致原代码中起始节编号大于结束节编号，循环For i = iSec To iSecs无法正确执行，最终处理的节范围错误。
