MongoDB桌面应用在公司WiFi下出现连接超时问题求解决方案

在家用WiFi下桌面应用能正常连接MongoDB，但切换到公司WiFi就出现连接超时。已排查本地防火墙，未发现拦截，求解决办法。

解决建议 #

• 检查公司WiFi的出站端口限制：公司网络通常会限制非标准端口（MongoDB默认27017），联系IT确认27017端口是否允许出站访问目标IP（207.46.145.150）。
• 确认MongoDB连接字符串配置：如果是副本集模式，检查连接字符串中的主机列表是否正确，是否存在公司网络无法解析的域名，尝试直接使用IP地址替换域名测试。
• 调整MongoDB客户端超时参数：在连接字符串中增加connectTimeoutMS=60000（延长连接超时到60秒）、socketTimeoutMS=60000，或者调整maxPoolSize等参数，避免因网络延迟触发超时。
• 测试网络连通性：在公司WiFi下用telnet 207.46.145.150 27017或Test-NetConnection 207.46.145.150 -Port 27017（PowerShell）命令测试端口是否能连通，确认是否存在隐性网络拦截。
• 检查代理设置：公司网络可能强制使用代理，确认MongoDB客户端是否配置了正确的代理，或者是否需要绕过代理访问MongoDB服务器IP。
• 确认MongoDB服务器的白名单：如果MongoDB服务器设置了IP白名单，检查公司WiFi的公网IP是否在白名单内，联系服务器管理员添加对应IP。
