Bookdown渲染出版物时遇‘文件名过长转换错误’的解决方法

1. 定位触发错误的具体文件 #

执行渲染命令时开启详细日志，打印所有中间处理步骤，以此定位异常文件：

bookdown::render_book("index.Rmd", output_format = "bookdown::gitbook", verbose = TRUE)

从日志输出中找到file.exists(f)调用前处理的文件路径，即可锁定过长的文件名。

2. 修正配置文件格式错误 #

你的_output.yml存在格式问题：gitbook的配置项缺少开头的bookdown::gitbook:标识，这会导致Bookdown解析配置异常，可能生成奇怪的长路径文件。修正后的完整配置如下：

3. 清理长文件名与嵌套路径 #

• 检查项目中所有Rmd源文件、引用的图片/资源文件，将过长的文件名简化（比如把figures/relatorio-gastos-publicos-2021-secao-1-subsecao-2-grafico-1.png改为figures/sec1-sub2-graf1.png）。
• 扁平化文件夹结构，避免多层嵌套（比如把data/year/section/subsection/file.Rmd调整为data/sec-sub-file.Rmd）。

4. 清理中间文件后重试 #

删除项目目录下的_book文件夹、.Rhistory文件，以及所有Rmd文件对应的.html/.md中间文件，再重新执行渲染命令，避免残留文件干扰。

5. Windows系统额外处理 #

Windows默认限制路径长度为260字符，可通过以下方式解除限制：

• 打开「组策略编辑器」（运行gpedit.msc），找到「计算机配置>管理模板>系统>文件系统>启用Win32长路径」，设置为「已启用」。
• 或修改注册表：定位到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem，将LongPathsEnabled的DWORD值设为1。
