RecyclerView在带圆角的ScrollView中滚动时出现裁切穿透问题

方案一：给ScrollView添加裁切属性 #

在ScrollView的布局中启用clipToOutline属性，配合带圆角的背景shape，让ScrollView直接裁切内部所有子视图的显示范围，避免RecyclerView内容穿透圆角。
