如何在HealthKit中忽略手动录入数据？及查询结果为0的排查

问题背景 #

需要通过HealthKit获取用户步数数据，同时过滤掉手动录入的记录。尝试整合过滤谓词后代码可正常运行，但查询结果始终为0。

错误原因 #

你当前使用的谓词metadata.%K == NO存在逻辑漏洞：

• 只有手动录入的步数样本会携带HKMetadataKeyWasUserEntered字段且值为YES
• 系统自动记录的步数样本没有这个metadata字段，因此metadata.%K == NO会把这些有效样本也过滤掉，最终导致查询结果为0

正确逻辑应为：排除所有HKMetadataKeyWasUserEntered值为YES的样本，无论其他样本是否包含该字段。

修正方案 #

将过滤谓词改为metadata.%K != YES，或更严谨的NOT (metadata.%K == YES)，即可保留所有非手动录入的步数数据。
