直接安装预编译包（推荐） #

Detectron2官方提供了适配PyTorch 1.12 + CUDA 11.2的预编译wheel包，执行以下命令即可安装：

pip install detectron2 -f https://dl.fbaipublicfiles.com/detectron2/wheels/cu112/torch1.12/index.html

验证环境与安装结果 #

1. 先确认当前环境的PyTorch和CUDA版本是否匹配：

import torch
print(f"PyTorch版本: {torch.__version__}")
print(f"CUDA可用: {torch.cuda.is_available()}")
!nvcc --version

2. 安装完成后验证Detectron2是否成功安装：

预编译包安装失败时的源码编译方案 #

如果预编译包安装出现依赖冲突或其他问题，可以尝试从源码编译：

1. 先升级pip确保依赖安装正常：

pip install --upgrade pip

2. 直接通过源码仓库安装：

pip install -e git+https://github.com/facebookresearch/detectron2.git#egg=detectron2

或者克隆源码后本地编译：
