Apache RewriteRule失效排查：访问/spelling/30000出现404页面

问题根源 #

1. 规则匹配范围不匹配请求路径：你当前的RewriteRule ^/([0-9]+)$只能匹配/30000这类根目录下的纯数字路径，完全覆盖不到/spelling/30000这种带spelling前缀的路径，所以规则根本不会触发。
2. .htaccess环境下的路径格式错误：如果是在.htaccess文件中配置，RewriteRule的匹配模式开头不能加/——因为.htaccess中的请求路径是相对于RewriteBase的，会自动去掉前缀的/，导致^/([0-9]+)$永远无法匹配任何请求。
