Spring Boot Thymeleaf模板解析错误求助：chatloginpage模板无法找到

我们在Spring Boot项目中使用Thymeleaf进行POC验证，访问localhost:8080/chatstart时触发如下错误：

Error resolving template [chatloginpage], template might not exist or might not be accessible by any of the configured Template Resolvers.

已查阅相关解答但问题未解决，按Spring Boot默认规则，HTML页面直接放在templates目录下即可，无需额外配置或WEB-INF目录，怀疑该错误是否与同时使用REST服务有关。
