Flutter报错：初始化器中无法访问实例成员'widget'，求解决方案

错误原因 #

你在_MainScreenState的初始化阶段直接访问widget成员导致了这个问题。widget是State类的实例成员，只有在State对象完成初始化后（比如initState方法执行时或build方法内部）才能正常访问，而你将_widgetOptions定义为静态初始化列表，此时widget还未绑定到当前State实例，自然无法访问。

解决方案1：在initState中初始化列表 #

去掉_widgetOptions的static修饰符，将初始化逻辑移到initState方法中，此时widget已可用：

你之前尝试直接用department.name无效，是因为department是MainScreen这个StatefulWidget的成员，必须通过widget.department访问，而初始化阶段widget还未与State实例绑定，所以无论直接写还是通过widget访问都会报错。
