.NET MAUI中遮罩Grid覆盖后下层控件仍可点击问题求助

问题原因 #

MAUI与Xamarin.Forms在布局的触摸事件传递逻辑上存在差异：

• 上层Grid虽然视觉上覆盖下层布局，但默认情况下，无背景色的Grid不会被系统识别为可接收触摸的区域，导致触摸事件直接穿透到下层控件。
• ZIndex仅控制视觉渲染层级，不影响事件传递优先级，即使给BoxView设置高ZIndex，也无法拦截触摸事件。
• BoxView默认不拦截触摸事件，即使它覆盖了整个区域，事件依然会向下传递。

解决方法 #

方案1：让上层Grid拦截触摸事件 #

给上层Grid添加BackgroundColor（即使是透明色）和InputTransparent="False"，让Grid成为可接收触摸的容器，从而拦截下层事件：

方案2：让BoxView拦截触摸事件 #

给覆盖全屏的BoxView添加InputTransparent="False"，让它直接拦截触摸事件：
