解决方案 #

• 彻底清理输出缓冲区
  单一的ob_end_clean()可能无法清空所有嵌套的输出缓冲区，替换为循环清理逻辑，确保没有前置输出干扰响应头：

  将这段代码放在$pdf->Output()之前执行。

• 手动添加HTTP响应头
  强制设置下载相关的响应头，避免TCPDF自动头设置失效：
