问题原因 #

你设置了sh:maxCount 0约束，该规则要求ex:peildatum属性不能存在任何值。只要数据中出现该属性值，就会直接触发maxCount违规，SHACL验证器不会再评估该属性的其他约束（比如日期范围相关的sh:lessThan）。

解决方案 #

移除sh:maxCount 0约束，或者将其调整为符合业务需求的数值（比如sh:maxCount 1，允许属性存在1个值），这样日期范围约束才会被正常执行。
