核对后台字段机器名：Commerce.js后台创建的自定义字段，其机器名称必须和代码里extra_fields中的键完全匹配（大小写敏感）。比如后台设的机器名是phone，代码里就不能写contact，得改成对应名称。
确认字段值存在：提交订单前先打印shippingData.contact的值，确保它不是undefined或空字符串——如果前端没正确收集到用户输入，字段自然不会被提交。
调整extra_fields的位置：部分版本的Commerce.js API要求extra_fields嵌套在customer对象下，而不是放在orderData的根节点。试试修改代码结构：
