多外键指向同表且允许NULL时CakePHP ExistsIn规则报错排查

确认ExceptionOutcomesTable模型文件存在于src/Model/Table/ExceptionOutcomesTable.php，且正确继承Cake\ORM\Table。避免CakePHP自动生成动态表类，从而防止找不到表的错误。
