本地Spring Boot AMQP连接RabbitMQ：禁用无限重试或延长间隔

你之前配置SimpleRabbitListenerContainerFactory的退避策略无效，是因为你混淆了「连接重试」和「消息消费重试」：前者是RabbitMQ连接失败时的重连逻辑，由CachingConnectionFactory（Spring AMQP默认连接工厂）控制；后者是消息消费异常后的重试，才由容器工厂的重试模板管理。以下是可行解决方案：

方案一：调整连接重试间隔（指数退避） #

方式1：配置文件实现（Spring Boot 2.4+） #

直接在application.yml中配置连接重试参数，无需自定义Bean：

关键注意事项 #

• 不要混淆连接重试和消息消费重试：前者解决的是RabbitMQ服务不可达时的重连，后者处理的是消息消费过程中抛出异常的重试逻辑。
• 若使用Spring Boot自动配置的连接工厂，spring.rabbitmq.retry.*配置会直接生效，无需手动创建连接工厂Bean。
• 默认情况下，连接重试是无限的（max-attempts: 0），必须显式修改该值来限制重试次数。
