为什么之前的方法无效？ #

• mapView(_:viewFor:)设置无效：该方法仅在Annotation视图创建/复用时调用，不是点击触发的回调，因此只会在首次加载时更新一次绑定值，后续点击不会触发此方法，无法实现动态更新。
• didSelect中新建空Annotation判断无效：完全不需要新建空Annotation，直接将view.annotation强转为你的CustomAnnotation类型即可，之前的问题大概率是类型转换失败或未正确将绑定变量传递到Coordinator中。
