GitHub项目运行提示craco未识别，安装craco遇依赖冲突与网络超时

从GitHub下载项目后尝试运行，出现错误：

1. 先解决网络超时问题 #

网络超时是安装失败的直接诱因，优先处理：

• 切换npm为国内镜像源，提升下载稳定性：

  npm config set registry https://registry.npmmirror.com/
  

• 若之前配置过代理，先清空代理设置：

  npm config delete proxy
  npm config delete https-proxy
  

• 清理npm缓存，避免缓存导致的异常：

  npm cache clean --force
  

2. 处理postcss依赖冲突 #

依赖警告源于项目根目录的postcss@7与tailwindcss依赖的postcss@8版本冲突，可二选一解决：

• 安装craco时添加--legacy-peer-deps参数，忽略peer依赖版本冲突：

  npm install craco --save-dev --legacy-peer-deps
  

• 若项目允许，升级根目录的postcss到8.x兼容版本，再安装craco：

  npm install postcss@^8.4.16 --save-dev
  npm install craco --save-dev
  

3. 确保craco能被正确识别 #

安装完成后，检查项目根目录的package.json中scripts字段是否正确配置craco，示例如下：

若未配置，手动修改对应脚本即可。
