Flutter中NavigationRail结合GetX Obx无法实时更新数值问题

你遇到的实时更新失效问题，核心原因是操作obs列表的方式错误，以及GetX响应式API混用：

直接调用obs列表自身的add/remove方法，这些方法会自动触发响应式更新，无需手动调用update()：

• obs集合（List/Map/Set）必须调用自身的add/remove/clear等方法，才会触发响应式更新；直接操作.value的方法属于原地修改，不会触发监听。
