问题原因 #

Visual Studio的Xamarin.Android设计器运行在模拟的Android环境中，缺少真实设备的硬件服务上下文。PreviewView在onAttachedToWindow阶段会尝试注册DisplayManager监听，而设计器中的DisplayManager实例为空，直接触发空指针异常。这只是设计时异常，应用运行时在真实设备/模拟器上不会出现该问题。

1. 使用设计安全的自定义PreviewView包装类

创建一个继承自PreviewView的自定义控件，在设计模式下跳过需要系统服务的初始化逻辑：
