调试基于事件的Outlook加载项遇TypeError：桌面端报错，OWA正常

• Windows 10环境下，通过OWA（Edge Chromium或Chrome浏览器）调试基于事件的Outlook加载项时，事件处理完全符合预期，无异常。
• 但使用Outlook 365（Microsoft 365 MSO 版本2207 Build 16.0.15427.20182 64位），并通过VS Code（1.70.2）附加调试同一代码时，触发以下错误：
