Spring AI MCP客户端发起请求时出现"Multiple tools with the same name"错误的解决求助

大家好，我最近在搭建Spring AI的Model Context Protocol（MCP）客户端和服务端：客户端采用基于SSE HTTP协议的Standard MCP Client实现，服务端用的是WebMVC Server Transport。两个服务单独启动都正常，但当我通过MCP客户端发送请求时，就会触发Multiple tools with the same name found in ToolCallingChatOptions的异常。

我已经尝试过以下方案，但都没有解决问题：

• 从Spring AI自动配置中排除SseWebFluxTransportAutoConfiguration.class和StdioTransportAutoConfiguration.class
• 切换到WebFlux协议测试
• 分别使用Spring AI 1.0.0正式版和1.1.0-SNAPSHOT版本
