Windows Server 2016新增网站后FileHold WebClient遇404错误及web.config丢失

解决步骤
恢复/确认web.config文件：

打开WebClient的web.config，找到SessionManagerService的地址配置项（通常在<appSettings>节点下，键名为SessionManagerServiceUrl），确认地址指向正确的服务端点。例如：<add key="SessionManagerServiceUrl" value="http://你的服务器地址/SessionManagerService/SessionManager.asmx" />直接在浏览器中访问该地址，确认能正常加载ASMX服务页面。若无法访问，检查SessionManagerService对应的IIS网站是否启动、应用程序池是否正常运行。
检查IIS站点与应用程序池配置：
确认新建网站未与FileHold相关站点占用相同端口，且WebClient应用程序池的.NET版本、身份权限与部署要求一致。确保应用程序池处于运行状态，其身份具备访问WebClient目录及FileHold数据库的权限。修复目录映射与权限：
核对WebClient网站的虚拟目录物理路径是否正确指向部署文件夹，给该目录添加IIS_IUSRS组及应用程序池身份的读取权限，避免因权限不足导致web.config无法读取。重启服务并清除缓存：
执行iisreset命令重启IIS服务，清除站点缓存；同时清除浏览器缓存后重新访问WebClient登录页。
