String.prototype.replaceLast未挂载至String类型的问题求助

我有一个String.extensions.ts文件，内容如下：

我的问题是：replaceAll函数已成功添加至String类型，但replaceLast函数却未生效。在VSCode中，智能提示能识别并选择replaceLast函数，但生产环境运行时会报错：
