.NET ToolStripItem事件处理程序是否会引发内存泄漏？

1. 窗体关闭时GC会自动处理
   当窗体关闭后，整个窗体对象及内部所有关联对象都会失去有效引用，GC会在后续的回收周期中自动清理这些对象，包括绑定到临时ContextMenuStrip的事件处理程序，不需要额外操作。

2. 菜单关闭后处理程序不会留存
   你每次右键点击都会创建全新的ContextMenuStrip实例，代码中的m是局部变量，方法执行完毕后就会脱离作用域；菜单关闭后，这个实例没有被任何全局或持久化变量持有引用，会被标记为可回收对象，绑定的事件处理程序也会跟着被GC清理，不会留在内存中。

3. 不需要显式释放处理程序
