在R中设置工作目录至脚本所在文件夹遇rstudioapi报错求助

可能的原因及解决办法 #

1. rstudioapi版本过低 #

getActiveDocumentContext()是较新版本rstudioapi才引入的函数，旧版本没有这个接口。执行以下命令更新包，然后重启R会话：

update.packages("rstudioapi")
library(rstudioapi)
setwd(dirname(getActiveDocumentContext()$path))

2. 未在RStudio环境中运行 #

这个函数是RStudio专属API，若在RGui、终端R环境、VS Code等非RStudio环境下运行脚本，必然会报错。必须在RStudio中打开main.R再执行代码。

3. 跨环境兼容的替代方案（推荐） #

如果需要让脚本在多种环境下都能自动定位到program文件夹，推荐使用here包，它会自动识别项目根目录，无需依赖RStudio：
