iOS下NavigationPage.SetBackButton失效，求Xamarin Forms隐藏返回按钮方案

• 你使用的NavigationPage.SetBackButton(this, "false")是错误用法，该方法仅用于设置返回按钮的显示文本，并非控制按钮显示/隐藏的API。

• 正确的通用实现方式：在页面构造函数中使用NavigationPage.SetHasBackButton附加属性：

  NavigationPage.SetHasBackButton(this, false);
  

• 若通用方法在iOS上仍不生效，可尝试以下iOS平台专属处理：

  1. 在页面的OnAppearing方法中添加原生逻辑（需引入Xamarin.iOS相关命名空间）：

注意：只有当页面被Push到导航栈中时，返回按钮才会存在；若页面是NavigationPage的根页面，本身就不会显示返回按钮，无需额外处理。
