Flutter中如何让构造器强制要求参数为非负整数？

Dart本身没有内置的“正整数”类型，没法像声明int那样直接强制参数为正数，但有几种比“仅在使用时检查”更严谨的方案：

• 构造函数内添加断言（assert）
  这是最轻量化的方案，在构造函数里通过断言校验参数，开发阶段会触发报错，生产环境会自动忽略，不影响性能。修改你的TimerPage代码如下：

如果只是开发阶段防错，断言足够简单高效；如果需要严格的类型约束，自定义封装类型更可靠；生产环境要强制校验的话，工厂构造函数是合适的选择。
