Maven Profile已激活但Spring Profile未生效的问题排查

mvn spring-boot:run -Dspring-boot.run.profiles=debug

终端日志显示Spring激活了debug Profile：

但应用表现却如同未启用任何Profile。

核心问题：混淆Maven Profile与Spring Profile #

这是典型的概念混淆错误：

• 你配置的<profile id="debug">是Maven Profile，作用是控制Maven的构建流程（包括插件配置、属性注入等），它的激活条件是系统属性debug=true或者通过-Pdebug参数指定。
• 命令中的-Dspring-boot.run.profiles=debug是指定Spring Profile，作用是控制Spring应用加载对应配置文件，和Maven Profile是完全独立的两个机制。

当前命令的具体问题：

1. 未激活目标Maven Profile：既没传-Pdebug也没传-Ddebug=true，Maven不会加载该Profile内的任何配置（包括Spring Boot插件的调试参数、spring.profiles.active=dev属性）。
2. Spring日志中的debug是你指定的Spring Profile，但你的应用大概率没有对应debug的Spring配置文件（比如application-debug.yml），所以才会表现得像未启用Profile。

解决方法 #

想要激活目标Maven Profile并让配置生效，二选一即可：

方法1：用Maven的-P参数激活Profile #

mvn spring-boot:run -Pdebug

执行后，Maven会激活debug Profile，自动设置spring.profiles.active=dev，Spring会加载dev对应的应用配置，同时Spring Boot插件的调试JVM参数也会生效。

方法2：通过激活条件触发Maven Profile #

mvn spring-boot:run -Ddebug=true

这个命令满足了你配置的activation条件，同样会激活Maven的debug Profile，效果和方法1完全一致。

额外提示 #

如果需要同时指定Spring Profile，可以在激活Maven Profile的基础上补充参数，比如：

mvn spring-boot:run -Pdebug -Dspring-boot.run.profiles=test

此时Maven会加载debug Profile的构建配置，而Spring会加载test对应的应用配置。
